Workflows
A Workflow guides nara through a task in phases. Each phase has an objective, the Tools nara may use in it, and the conditions that lead to the next phase. A phase can end the workflow.
Workflows are listed under Capabilities in the Automation group of the admin console (/admin/capabilities). New capability and a click on a Workflow open it in Studio, where you design its phases.
Phases
Section titled “Phases”| Part | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Start phase | Where every run begins. |
| Tools | The Tools nara may use in this phase. A Tool marked (required) must run. |
| Transitions | Conditions that move the run to another phase. |
| Ends the workflow | The run completes in this phase. |
While a Workflow runs, nara uses only the Tools of the current phase.
