Microsoft Teams
nara in Teams is the same nara as in the web app: the same assistants, tools, knowledge, and permissions. An admin sets up the app once, see Integrations.
Personal chat
Section titled “Personal chat”Open nara in Teams and write as you would in the web app. Your Teams chats also appear in the chat history of the web app.
Group chats and channels
Section titled “Group chats and channels”Mention @nara to ask something. nara reads the recent messages of the conversation as context and replies there. Messages without a mention are only used as context.
Ticket from a message
Section titled “Ticket from a message”On any message, open More actions (…) and select Create nara ticket. nara continues in your personal chat and creates the ticket with the message and its context.
Approvals
Section titled “Approvals”When an action needs your approval, nara posts a card. Select Approve or Deny. Only the person who asked can approve.
Screenshots and files
Section titled “Screenshots and files”Attach screenshots or files to your message, up to 10 files with 10 MB each. nara reads them like in the web app.
Call nara from its Teams app. After the call, nara posts a link to the transcript in your personal chat.
Search tickets and share links
Section titled “Search tickets and share links”Use Search tickets in the message box to find a ticket and share it. Links to nara tickets and chats show a preview.
