Renewal and upgrades
Contact your account manager or email support@nara.de to discuss license renewal, additional seats, or tier upgrades.
Your organization’s license determines the features, seat capacity, and usage limits available on the nara platform. Navigate to Settings > License to view your current license details.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | Your license is valid and all features are available. Members can use the platform without restriction. |
| Trial | Your organization is on a trial license with time-limited access. All features are available until the trial period ends. |
| Expired | Your license has passed its expiration date. Feature access is restricted until the license is renewed. |
| Inactive | The license has been deactivated. Contact support to reactivate your organization. |
Your license includes a defined number of seats that determine how many members can belong to your organization:

| Total seats | The maximum number of members your license allows |
| Used seats | The number of seats currently occupied by active members |
| Available seats | The remaining seats available for new members (total minus used) |
The seat count is displayed on the Settings > License page and is also checked when sending member invitations.
Each license has an expiration date that determines how long your organization retains full access:
Before inviting new members, verify that your organization has available seats:
Navigate to Settings > License.
Check the Available seats count.
If seats are available, proceed to Settings > Members to send invitations.
If no seats remain, you will not be able to invite new members until additional seats are purchased or existing members are removed.
When your license reaches its expiration date:

Technical issues
If your license status appears incorrect or features are unexpectedly restricted, contact support with your Organization ID (found under Settings > Organization).
