Organization Billing

Your organization’s license determines the features, seat capacity, and usage limits available on the nara platform. Navigate to Settings > License to view your current license details.

StatusDescription
ActiveYour license is valid and all features are available. Members can use the platform without restriction.
TrialYour organization is on a trial license with time-limited access. All features are available until the trial period ends.
ExpiredYour license has passed its expiration date. Feature access is restricted until the license is renewed.
InactiveThe license has been deactivated. Contact support to reactivate your organization.

Your license includes a defined number of seats that determine how many members can belong to your organization:

Available seatsThe remaining seats available for new members (total minus used)

The seat count is displayed on the Settings > License page and is also checked when sending member invitations.

Each license has an expiration date that determines how long your organization retains full access:

  • Expiration date — the specific date and time when the license expires.
  • Days remaining — a countdown showing how much time is left before expiration.
  • Renewal reminders — the platform displays warnings as the expiration date approaches (30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before expiry).

Before inviting new members, verify that your organization has available seats:

  1. Navigate to Settings > License.

  2. Check the Available seats count.

  3. If seats are available, proceed to Settings > Members to send invitations.

  4. If no seats remain, you will not be able to invite new members until additional seats are purchased or existing members are removed.

When your license reaches its expiration date:

  • Read-only mode — members can still view existing data (tickets, agents, memory) but cannot create or modify resources.
  • Agent execution paused — agents stop processing new requests. Active sessions are completed but no new sessions can be started.
  • Invitations blocked — new member invitations cannot be sent.
  • Integrations paused — connected third-party integrations remain configured but stop syncing data.
  • Data preserved — all organization data is retained. Nothing is deleted due to license expiration.

How license restrictions affect feature access

Different license tiers may include different feature sets. When a feature is not included in your current license:

  • The feature is visible in the navigation but displays a license upgrade prompt when accessed.
  • API calls to restricted endpoints return a clear error indicating the feature requires a license upgrade.
  • Existing data created before a downgrade remains accessible in read-only mode.

Technical issues

If your license status appears incorrect or features are unexpectedly restricted, contact support with your Organization ID (found under Settings > Organization).
